Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the mutawalli shall apply to the Central Adoption Resource Authority in Form II for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Central Adoption Resource Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
