Application for registration.—Every courier agency carrying on the clearance of goods by courier shall make an application for registration to the proper officer in Form GSTR-3B, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every goods held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty days from that date.
