Surrender of certificate.—Every contractor for catering who ceases to carry on the provision of catering on a railway shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Divisional Railway Manager in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every parcel held by him has been disposed of.
