Safe custody.—Every contractor for catering shall keep every register of consignments to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the provision of catering on a railway is carried on, shall record in Form F the description of every register of consignments so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Divisional Railway Manager within twenty-one days of the close of each year.
