Application for registration.—Every operator of a loudspeaker during an election carrying on the use of loudspeakers during an election shall make an application for registration to the State Election Commission in Form 6, within ten days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every pamphlet held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
