Surrender of certificate.—Every agent for collection of contributions who ceases to carry on the collection of contributions as an agent shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Welfare Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 12 of the manner in which every identity card held by him has been disposed of.
