Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any holder of an advance authorisation dies, his legal representative shall, within seven days of the death, intimate the death to the Director General in Form ANF-2A, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every unit then held; and the Director General shall enter the intimation in the register within ninety days of its receipt.
