Intimation of change.—Every insurer issuing policies shall intimate to the Chief Controlling Revenue Authority, in Form C and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Chief Controlling Revenue Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
