Application for registration.—Every insurer issuing policies carrying on the issue of policies of insurance shall make an application for registration to the Chief Controlling Revenue Authority in Form F, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty rupees and a statement of every adjudication held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
