Intimation of change.—Every transporter of explosives shall intimate to the Licensing Authority, in Form VII and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Licensing Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
