Surrender of certificate.—Every mediator who ceases to carry on the conduct of mediation shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of the Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every dispute held by him has been disposed of.
