Application for registration.—Every dealer in fertilisers carrying on the sale of fertilisers shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies in Form F, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every fertiliser held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
