Application for registration.—Every occupier carrying on the occupation of premises shall make an application for registration to the Director of Municipal Administration in Form H, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees and a statement of every notice of demolition held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
