Surrender of certificate.—Every occupier who ceases to carry on the running of a factory shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Licensing Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form III of the manner in which every wage register held by him has been disposed of.
