Surrender of certificate.—Every employer of women who ceases to carry on the employment of women shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Local Complaints Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every complaint held by him has been disposed of.
