Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a protected monument who ceases to carry on the ownership of a protected monument shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form I of the manner in which every conservation plan held by him has been disposed of.
