Application for registration.—Every operator of a gymnasium carrying on the running of a gymnasium shall make an application for registration to the Disciplinary Panel in Form C, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every competition held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
