Intimation of change.—Every collector of a Panchayat tax shall intimate to the District Collector, in Form 7 and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Collector shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten rupees.
