Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the curator of a museum shall apply to the Authority in Form V for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
