Particulars of application.—Every application for registration shall state the name and address of the applicant, the premises at which the valuation of assets for the purposes of tax is carried on, the particulars of every audit report held by the applicant and such other particulars as are specified in Form 26Q, and shall be signed by the applicant or his authorised agent.
