Surrender of certificate.—Every railway servant who ceases to carry on service on a railway shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Commissioner of Railway Safety in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every advertisement board held by him has been disposed of.
