Intimation of change.—Every railway servant shall intimate to the Commissioner of Railway Safety, in Form E and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Commissioner of Railway Safety shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
