Periodical return.—Every manufacturer of packaged drinking water carrying on the manufacture of packaged drinking water shall furnish to the Food Authority, within seven days of the close of each year, a return in Form A of every register of purchases received, held and disposed of during that year, and shall preserve a copy of the return for sixty days from the date on which it is furnished.
