Clause 2, Essential Commodities (Analysis report Control) Order, 2013 [SCP-F3J]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955); (b) "manufacturer of packaged drinking water" means a person carrying on the manufacture of packaged drinking water; (c) "food product" means a food product received, held or disposed of by a manufacturer of packaged drinking water in the course of the manufacture of packaged drinking water; (d) "Form B" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
