Intimation of change.—Every anganwadi centre shall intimate to the District Child Protection Unit, in Form I and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Child Protection Unit shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
