Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any aircraft maintenance engineer dies, his legal representative shall, within fifteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security in Form CA-3, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every aerodrome then held; and the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security shall enter the intimation in the register within fifteen days of its receipt.
