Application for registration.—Every aircraft maintenance engineer carrying on the certification of aircraft maintenance shall make an application for registration to the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security in Form CA-2, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every certificate of airworthiness held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
