Intimation of change.—Every domestic worker shall intimate to the Welfare Board, in Form 9 and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Welfare Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
