Surrender of certificate.—Every domestic worker who ceases to carry on domestic work for wages shall, within forty-two days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Welfare Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 2 of the manner in which every wage record held by him has been disposed of.
