Report to the Government.—The Commissioner of Customs shall prepare, within one hundred and eighty days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these rules during that year, of the number of warehouse keepers whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Government of Tamil Nadu and publish it within sixty days of its preparation.
