Intimation of change.—Every owner of a solar power plant shall intimate to the Central Commission, in Form VII and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Central Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
