Application for registration.—Every owner of a solar power plant carrying on the generation of electricity from solar energy shall make an application for registration to the Central Commission in Form IV, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every storage tank held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
