Application for registration.—Every cable landing station operator carrying on the operation of a cable landing station shall make an application for registration to the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal in Form E, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten lakh rupees and a statement of every message held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
