Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any cable landing station operator dies, his legal representative shall, within forty-five days of the death, intimate the death to the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal in Form D, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every licence then held; and the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal shall enter the intimation in the register within thirty days of its receipt.
