Intimation of change.—Every petitioner before an authority shall intimate to the Screening Committee, in Form A and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Screening Committee shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
