Report of inspection.—The Wild Life Warden shall, within one hundred and eighty days of an inspection, submit a report of the inspection to the Environmental Appellate Authority in Form VI, and a copy of the report shall be furnished to the operator of a vehicle carrying hazardous substances on request.
