Intimation of change.—Every hostel shall intimate to the Board of Secondary Education, in Form D and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Board of Secondary Education shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
