Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Uttar Pradesh Fire Prevention and Fire Safety Act, 2005 (Uttar Pradesh Act 9 of 2005); (b) "supplier of relief materials" means a person carrying on the storage of relief materials; (c) "plan" means a plan received, held or disposed of by a supplier of relief materials in the course of the storage of relief materials; (d) "Form B" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
