Surrender of certificate.—Every cultivator of hemp who ceases to carry on the cultivation of hemp under licence shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Deputy Commissioner of Excise in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every stock register held by him has been disposed of.
