Application for registration.—Every owner of a well on Government land carrying on the sinking of a well on Government land shall make an application for registration to the State Government in Form 5, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every demand notice held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
