Surrender of certificate.—Every aggregator who ceases to carry on the aggregation of transport services shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Regional Transport Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 30 of the manner in which every trip sheet held by him has been disposed of.
