Application for registration.—Every aggregator carrying on the aggregation of transport services shall make an application for registration to the Regional Transport Authority in Form 29, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every pollution certificate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
