Surrender of certificate.—Every person resident in India who ceases to carry on the holding of foreign exchange shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Board of Approval in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form ANF-3A of the manner in which every certificate of origin held by him has been disposed of.
