Safe custody.—Every keeper of a zoo shall keep every sample of effluent to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the keeping of a zoo is carried on, shall record in Form VI the description of every sample of effluent so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Government of Uttarakhand within thirty days of the close of each year.
