Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a home stay who ceases to carry on the running of a home stay shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Haryana in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form V of the manner in which every entry ticket held by him has been disposed of.
