Surrender of certificate.—Every importer of pre-packaged commodities who ceases to carry on the import of pre-packaged commodities shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Consumer Protection Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every advertisement held by him has been disposed of.
