Intimation of change.—Every importer of food shall intimate to the Food Safety Appellate Tribunal, in Form A and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Food Safety Appellate Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
