Surrender of certificate.—Every importer of food who ceases to carry on the import of food shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Food Safety Appellate Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every analysis report held by him has been disposed of.
