Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any carrier dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Registrar of Warehouses in Form E, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every invoice then held; and the Registrar of Warehouses shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
