Surrender of certificate.—Every registered organisation who ceases to carry on the working of an organisation for persons with disabilities shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chief Commissioner in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form III of the manner in which every grievance held by him has been disposed of.
